Our Approach to Narcissistic Abuse Recovery/CPTSD

Healing from narcissistic abuse/CPTSD often begins with being believed and validated. In this work, we focus on helping you make sense of confusing relationship dynamics, reconnect with your inner knowing, and gently rebuild self-trust. Therapy provides space to explore your experiences without judgment and to begin forming a stronger, more grounded relationship with yourself.
